Deodorization solutions

The Anti-Odor Barrier creates a fog from an anti-odor agent that is released airborne in designated area.

The fog is formed by the process of atomization of the liquid, which contains special compounds which allow to reduce odour nuisance. The particles of the agent form a mixture with air and, thanks to physicochemical processes, deprive them of substances that cause odour nuisances.

Barriers are designed for use in open and closed spaces where unorganized odour emissions occur. Our Barrier-Systems allow precise planning of the deodorization working cycle and adequate, adapted to current needs the emission of odour-neutralizing agents for ominous nuisances.

Dry anti-odor barrier

It is a solution for places sensitive to increased humidity level. Dry fog from neutralising fluid is created by diffusion nozzles in low-pressure technology. The aerosol produced, has an average droplet size of 10 microns. This size allows active molecules to operate indoors up to 18h, effectively eliminating odors.

In the technology of dry anti-odor barriers, special anhydrous agents are used, which in the form of so-called dry fog neutralize unpleasant odors. Microscopic particles capture the molecules of an unpleasant odor and reduce the unpleasant odor irretrievably.

The special formula of the anti-odor agents allows for an effective neutralization also below 0°C.

Wet anti-odor barrier

Advanced method of neutralizing nuisance odours by high pressure (70 Bar) fogging, aqueous solution with odor neutralizer from the ODOR CONTROL or FRP series. Specialized nozzles emit fog the size of 5-8 microns. Such a dispersed anti-odor solution has a huge ability to capture and neutralize odour particles. The microscopic size of the molecules allows them to persist for a long time in the air, which effectively prolongs the process of neutralizing the unpleasant odor.

Advantages and areas of application of anti-odor barriers

Dry anti-odor barrier

Wet anti-odor barrier

Advantages of dry anti-odor barrier:

  • Very high odour neutralization efficiency
  • Full automation of the system
  • Low operating costs: relatively small number of preparations used for effective deodorisation

Areas of application:

  • biogas plants
  • wastewater treatment plants
  • waste sorting plants
  • chimney fumes
  • transhipment halls
  • production halls
  • warehouses

Advantages of wet anti-odor barrier:

  • High odour neutralization efficiency
  • Easy to assemble and disassemble
  • Full automation of the system
  • Low investment costs
  • Low operating costs: concentration of the preparation in the working solution from 0.1%

Areas of application:

  • biogas plants
  • composting plants, waste sorting plants
  • landfills
  • production of aggregates
  • municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants
  • waste handling stations and halls
  • industrial plants with odours

The wet barrier may operate as fixed installation or with the use of mobile machines such as Odor Control VIRIBUS and Odor Control MAXI.

Neutralizing Curtains

E-Odor STOP Gate Systems are designed to be installed at entrance gates. At a time when gate is open, our system activates itself and starts spraying stream of  neutralizing agent. It  creates a wall that prevents nuisance odours from coming out the building.

The system activates/deactivates itself under the electric impulse from the opening/closing gate. It can also work autonomously according to the user’s settings.

This solution is strongly recommended for sorting and transhipment halls.
